Michael Mueth is an Associate Attorney at Dolley Law, LLC, St. Louis, Missouri office. Mr. Mueth counsels clients concerning all issues related to labor and employment law in Missouri state and federal courts. His labor and employment practice includes employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, employee discipline and discharge and professional licensing defense involving professional boards in the State of Missouri.
Mr. Mueth also defends clients in felony and misdemeanor criminal cases in state and federal courts throughout the area. Mr. Mueth has extensive experience litigating criminal matters in both jury and judge-tried cases, as well as litigating matters in probate and civil court.

Mr. Mueth received his J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he received a Law School Fellowship. While in law school, Mr. Mueth interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Illinois, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office and the St. Joseph County, Indiana Public Defender's Office.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Mueth obtained his bachelor's degree from Indiana University, majoring in Journalism.
