The Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and its Board of Mediation are often involved in public and private employee disputes within the State of Missouri.  Further, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) enforces the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) covering the conduct of private employers.  Legal issues the Firm handles include union elections and investigation of unfair labor practice charges filed by and against employers, unions and individual employees.

Collective Bargaining

The Law Offices of Kevin Dolley has experience and success in collective bargaining cases.  Attorney Kevin J. Dolley successfully established the constitutional right to collective bargaining for police officers and obtained the first collective bargaining framework under the Missouri constitutional standard for collective bargaining in Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 15 v. City of Jennings, St. Louis County, Judge Vincent (August 2008).
