The Law Offices of Kevin Dolley has experience and success in collective bargaining cases. Attorney Kevin J. Dolley successfully established the constitutional right to collective bargaining for police officers and obtained the first collective bargaining framework under the Missouri constitutional standard for collective bargaining in Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 15 v. City of Jennings, St. Louis County, Judge Vincent (August 2008).
