Attorney Kevin J. Mr. Dolley is well-known and accomplished in the area of employment law and successfully argued before the Missouri Supreme Court in adopting the most recent standards in employment law in the State of Missouri. In 2007, Mr. Dolley argued for and won creation before the Missouri Supreme Court of a changed employment discrimination standard under the Missouri Human Rights Act in the seminal Missouri employment law case, Daugherty vs. City of Maryland Heights. Mr. Dolley also regularly advises companies, executives and employees in non-compete, non-solicitation and Missouri trade secret disputes and litigation.

Mr. Dolley's employment law success has resulted in him being a recognized speaker both locally and nationally at seminars, CLE programs and before companies on employment law and government liability issues. The Firm's success in employment law has attracted employers, management and employees as clients. The Firm has successfully defended companies against claims of discrimination and Mr. Dolley's clients include owners, executives, managers, employees and partners from various companies touching a broad variety of industries. Mr. Dolley was an accomplished law journal editor while in law school and was recognized through published articles, including Administrative Waiver of the Untimeliness Defense in Title VII Cases Concerning Federal Employees: A Proposed Analysis , 46 ST. LOUIS U. L.J. 477 (2002).

Mr. Dolley received his B.A. degree from Stonehill College in North Easton, Massachusetts and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law. He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
